Multi-temperature in situ X-ray diffraction measurements, performed in ethanol, water, and aqueous NaOH, provided phase fraction data used in kinetic modeling to determine the activation energy for the process of -Ga2O3 transitioning into -Ga2O3 as 90-100 kJ/mol.
